Last month, NASA's Juno spacecraft flew closer to Jupiter's largest moon, Ganymede, than any spacecraft has in more than twenty years. This beautiful animation of the Ganymede flyby was created from the JunoCam images taken on June 7, 2021. With the power of digital editing, the images were orthographically projected onto a sphere and extra frames were added to make the video run smoothly.
