The Burbank Airport will be without air traffic controllers on Monday evening as an increased number of workers are calling out due to the federal government shutdown. The air traffic control tower at Hollywood Burbank Airport was unmanned as of 4:15 p.m., according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The tower is expected to remain without controllers until 10 p.m., although the FAA is attempting to bring in staffing sooner than that. | KCAL News
