Firestorm. Last night I wanted to photograph peak meteor showers, instead I captured some timelapse of the McKinney fire about twenty miles south of the Oregon boarder. I started the evening photographing from the summit of Mt Ashland before driving back down to the old highway 99 Siskiyou summit and captured this timelapse. The lights below are vehicles on I-5.
