If its drywall, it will be an easy removal 👍 Cut out out areas needed to remove surround; using a sawzall is easiest, but an oscillating tool can help and be more accurate Be sure to score seams at ceiling if you plan to keep your ceiling, otherwise repairs may need to be done Hopefully you can tear out large sections of the tile;
