JOIN US!!! On Friday October 24th and Saturday October 25th from 6:30pm-8:00pm at the New England Wildlife Center at 500 Columbian St in Weymouth for a hauntingly good time. Our nature trail will come alive with over 1,500 lit up pumpkins, each carved into masterpieces! Come check out the pumpkin trail and tour our hospital and nature center. Today we received another northern gannet- this time at our Weymouth hospital. Thankfully he cleared his vet check and because the weather had improved he could be released quickly. Only problem was we needed a boat to help him get out to open water. If gannets are released close to shore they often restrand. So if possible taking them off shore is better. We are so grateful to @hinghampolice and animal control officer Leslie who always goes the extra mile to help us! She and the harbormaster go
