🛑Never push. We really don’t want to push poop out either but I’m not getting into that in this reel. 🤣 Instead put your feet up where your knees are above your hip joints. (I have a reel on this). Use a squatty potty, Tushy, toilet paper rolls, suitcase, tip the trash an over, etc. Getting on your tippy toes doesn’t work. 💨 Deep diaphragmatic breath then blow out your birthday candles. 🕯️ You can even rock back and forth with gentle breaths. 🎶 Lean with it Rock with it😂 *not medical advic
