The 3rd Annual Fourth-Grade "Balloons Over Bloomingdale" Parade, a take on the famous Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, made its way through Akron Elementary today! Students learned the history of the enduring parade and were charged with designing their own themed balloons for today's event. Students and teachers lined the parade route to cheer them on!
