On macOS, pulling down on the trackpad with two fingers means pulling the scroll bar up. Unlike in Windows 11/10, the trackpad drags with a unidirectional scroll bar.
Although, Windows 10 can detect the Keyboard layout of your MacBook, yet, you may not be able to use the Function keys (F1-F12). Moreover, the brightness of the backlit keyboard may not be set at all.
