WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A man was arrested after he was accused of strangling an Uber driver and threatening to kill him in Washington, D.C., during a disagreement, according to the police report.

A man is in jail after he strangled his mother on Friday, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
